L'ASSEMBLAGE : Minimum 3 années de vieillissement en cave, ce champagne rosé est composé de 80% Pinot Noir et 20% Chardonnay. (Dosage : 10g/L)
ACCOMPAGNEMENT : Sa finesse et sa fraîcheur accompagneront à merveille un carpaccio de saumon ou de boeuf, du magret de canard ou bien encore des sushis. Son côté fruité égaillera vos papilles, avec un tiramisu aux framboises ou aux fraises mais également avec l'incontournable dessert au chocolat.
